How Can Case Closed Legal Benefit Your Firm?

The founder, Brigitte Freeman, brings over ten years of experience working with personal injury law firms and supporting attorneys at critical stages of their cases. Through this hands-on experience, she identified a significant gap in both capacity and training among case managers. These professionals are often overextended—managing constant client communication while also being expected to handle complex tasks such as demand drafting, lien negotiation, and reviewing extensive medical records to produce detailed summaries.

Recognizing this strain, Brigitte founded Case Closed Legal to provide focused support where it’s needed most. By outsourcing specialized services such as demand writing and lien resolution, firms can significantly reduce internal workload, allowing case managers and staff to focus on client care and case progression rather than time-consuming administrative burdens.

Delegating these critical functions not only improves efficiency, but also enhances accuracy and overall case outcomes. In addition, implementing stronger training systems and more structured workflows within case management further supports long-term productivity and firm performance.

When you’re ready to streamline operations and free up valuable time, Case Closed Legal is here to help.

Before stepping into the legal world, I built a strong foundation with my experience in sales and business management—skills that sharpened my eye for strategy, communication, and results. Now, with almost 10 years in the personal injury field, I’ve worked closely with numerous California law firms and attorneys, gaining hands-on experience in everything pre-litigation. I first started as a front desk receptionist at a small firm and quickly moved from the intake department to handling my own caseload. Staying with that firm, I became a contracted demand writer and later worked with a larger firm, eventually joining their senior commercial team to settle million-dollar-plus claims. Case Closed Legal LLC was created to merge my business mindset with my legal expertise—becoming the behind-the-scenes support system attorneys can rely on. Today, we help multiple law firms and I am continuously expanding my team. I’m excited to continue growing so we can support even more firms with the same dedication and attention to detail.
